                 " The fly " is poem written by the English poet William Blake it was published as a part of his collection songs of Experience in 1794.
                  In this short poem William Blake give a short message about our life and death.We don'thave a any control over life or death , so we just thinking about the future and fearing form it is something which makes us sad and joyless. So we should accept our life , submit our fate and live as much as we can.

  = Analysis:-

                                    Little Fly
                           The summer's play
                          My Thoughtless hand

                           Has brushed away.

                          In the first satnza, poet is sitting There is no place given in the poem. This short line refect the nature of passing life and the poem itself perhaps produced form a passing through when disturbed by an annoying Fly. The poet his not thus not happy with what he has done . Because his Thoughtless hand has brushed away.

                                 Am not I
                            A fly like thee?
                           Or are not thou
                             A man like me?

                     In the second Stanza poet asks the fly a rhetocial question " aren't both them similar to each other" in real  life it seems to be a wrong comparison.he says both of them are creater by God, both there life both have to die one day.

                               For I dance
                       And drink and sing,
                     Till some blind hand
                    Shall brushed my wing.

                   The Stanza three continous in broad on the theme of Stanza Two According to the poet we all are mortal , we all are die one day similar in the way that he also dances , drink , sings like the fly until one day when someone will " brush his wing " means he will died to.
     
                            If thought is life
                     And strength and breath,
                            And the want
                         Of thought is death.
   
                  The poet says that it is the though which makes him or in general sense man different form Fly . It is good as well as bad I. Sense that it makes human wiser than Fly and bad in the sense that it makes us fear form death.

                           Then am I
                        A  Happy Fly
                            If I live ,
                           Or If I die.
 
                  He says that for humans, thought is our life, strength and breath and even the thought of death . That the life and death is no.matter , what matter is how much a person has lived during life and before death. Thus if he lives or if he die.

                                 The fly is simple poem form William Blake which as usual looks so simple in reality it is rich in meaning and soothes our heart in this poem seems like conversation between fly and a man it also says the poet has decided to live like a fly.
